Working with a building’s permanent roof-mounted access equipment — operating the BMU to reach the façade the way the building was designed to be maintained.
Many towers are built with a Building Maintenance Unit — a roof-mounted davit or trolley system for façade access. Operated correctly, it is the cleanest way to service the exterior; operated carelessly, it is a liability.
We coordinate with building engineering, operate the BMU within its rated envelope, and pair it with our own access and safety discipline so the manufacturer’s system and our crew work as one.
The building’s access system is operated the way it was engineered to be — checked, coordinated, and documented.
