01Safety & access planning

Safety is
the system.

On occupied high-rises, safety isn’t a section of the proposal — it’s the operation itself. The access plan is the job; the cleaning is the result.

What planning actually looks like

Before a crew leaves the ground, the job is planned: anchor and descent routes mapped, rigging specified, the elevation sequenced around tenants, and the whole operation coordinated with building security and engineering.

Weather is a hold condition, not a judgment call. Wind, storm, and temperature thresholds stop the work — the plan says when, so no one improvises at height.

  • Site-specific access plan
  • Rope / stage / lift method selection
  • Anchor & rigging specification
  • Tenant & security coordination
  • Weather & wind hold thresholds
  • Documented setup & closeout

The credentials behind the crew

We list only what we hold, and we hold what the work demands. Crews are OSHA 30-trained, bonded, licensed, and background-checked, and the company carries $2M general liability with a certificate available on request.

Membership in BOMA and the IWCA keeps our standards aligned with the building-owner and window-cleaning industries we work inside every day.

The operating standard

Clear scope. Safe access.
Documented completion.

Access is planned, rigging is checked, tenants and security are coordinated, and completion is proven in writing and photographs — every job, the same way.
