Access. Restoration.
Protection.
Every service we run falls under one of three pillars. The work is planned around the building and its tenants, executed by OSHA 30-trained, experienced rope-access and swing-stage crews, and documented from rig-up to closeout.
Access
Difficult-access exterior work on occupied, secured high-rises — planned with building security and sequenced around tenants, not through them. The access plan is the job; the cleaning is the result.
- Rope access
- Swing stage
- BMU operation
- Lift & aerial work
- Difficult / restricted access
Restoration
High-rise glass and façade brought back to standard and reported — cleaned, restored, and condition-documented without disrupting the building’s operation.
Protection
Sealing the building envelope and keeping it sealed — waterproofing support and preventative programs that protect the asset over time, with condition reporting ownership can act on.
- Sealing & caulking
- Waterproofing support
- Preventative maintenance programs
- Exterior condition reporting
Clear scope. Safe access.
Documented completion.
Every job is planned, executed, and closed out the same way — coordinated with building security, worked around tenants, and documented from rig-up to completion. Safety is not a section. It is the system.
Answers before you ask.
What does Parmelee Building Services do?
We are a commercial exterior building-services partner — access, restoration, and protection for complex, occupied structures. That includes high-rise glass cleaning and restoration, façade cleaning, pressure washing, sealing, and waterproofing on occupied, secured commercial buildings.
Do you work on occupied, secured buildings?
Yes — that is the core of what we do. We coordinate access with building security, work around tenants rather than through them, and leave a documented record at completion.
What access methods do you use?
Rope access, swing stage, BMU operation, and lift work, matched to the building. Crews are OSHA 30-trained, bonded, licensed, and background-checked, and the company carries $2M general liability insurance.
What areas do you serve?
Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Arkansas, with crews based in Tulsa and Wichita and active growth in Austin.
